Aswan Power Plant is considered the first of the most ancient and old stations in Upper Egypt.

The Plant is established on the body of Aswan reservoir in Aswan It consists of seven water units used to produce electric power.

The station consists of seven units of 46 MW each. The total capacity is 322 MW producing cheap energy and environment friendly.
